Our Story
Sivgen was established in 2013 to work in situations where strategy alone is insufficient and sustained outcomes depend on structure, judgement and execution. From the outset, the firm has operated as a solution provider rather than a conventional consultancy, engaging alongside leadership teams and capital in complex, often asset-backed environments.
Sivgen’s approach reflects the belief that durable outcomes emerge when capital, capability and responsibility for execution are aligned.
